What shipping methods are available?
We offer two delivery options:
- Standard home delivery
Your order will be delivered within 3 - 6 working days after receiving your order confirmation.
- Express home delivery
Your order will be delivered within 1 to 3 working days after receiving your order confirmation.

How much does the delivery cost?
UK Mainland:
- Standard home delivery: £4.99
- Express home delivery: £9.99
We offer free standard home delivery for UK Mainland for purchases over £50

Northern Ireland:
Due to Brexit we are currently unable to offer free delivery over £50 for Northern Ireland.
- Standard home delivery : £4.99
- Express home delivery : £9.99

Do you ship internationally?
Due to Brexit, we are unable to ship internationally at the moment. We hope to resume operations soon.

Do I have to pay taxes and duties when I receive my parcel?
We are a UK based shop, with our stock based in the UK, therefore you do not have to pay any taxes or duties when your parcel arrives on your doorstep.

How do I track my parcel?
As soon as we start packing your order we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is uploaded. You will also be able to track your order under ‘Order History’ when you log in at My Account.

Undeliverable parcels
If we are unable to deliver a package according to your chosen delivery option it will automatically be returned to softstore.co. and a refund will be issued.

Pre-orders
Orders will be shipped when all the items will be in stock, we do not ship an order in separate parcels. If your order contains an item in pre-order, then your order will be shipped when every items are available to be shipped.

Delayed delivery
In the event where your order is being delayed by the courier, The Soft Store Ltd. will open an investigation with the courier company. The parcel will be deemed lost 30 days after the last activity seen on the tracking details. A full refund will be issue or where possible a replacement will be sent.
